So, this podcast was a bit of a flashback for me as I spend over 20 years in the fitness industry. Andrew and I shared common ground as we both franchised Personal Training studios throughout Australia, with the goal of helping Personal Trainers create a career and help Australia with its obesity epidemic. I have since opted for a career in Personal Development and speaking and Simmo has stayed the course and his business has gone from strength to strength.
