He is highly respected in the Health and Fitness Industry, being inducted into the Fitness Australia Roll of Honour in 2013. He was voted National Personal Trainer of the Year in 2003 and Vision was voted Emerging Franchise of the Year for NSW/ACT in 2008. So, this podcast was a bit of a flashback for me as I spend over 20 years in the fitness industry. Andrew and I shared common ground as we both franchised Personal Training studios throughout Australia, with the goal of helping Personal Trainers create a career and help Australia with its obesity epidemic. I have since opted for a career in Personal Development and speaking and Simmo has stayed the course and his business has gone from strength to strength.
