To be accepted into any of Trav's Coaching Programs, you Must:
1) Have An Inspiring Mission
One of the most significant aspects I look for in a client is an inspiring mission or purpose. Collaborating with individuals or organizations that have a vision to make a positive impact on society can be truly invigorating. When clients possess a clear and compelling mission, it fuels my passion and motivates me to give my best. Their unwavering commitment to a cause inspires me to work harder and think creatively to help them achieve their goals.
2) Want To Make A Big Impact
A client who is driven to make a significant impact is a client I'm excited to work with. Whether it's through social, environmental, or technological innovations, I seek clients who are ready to challenge the status quo and create positive change. Together, we can explore innovative strategies, push boundaries, and leave a lasting impact on the world.
3) Be Fun!
While the professional journey is serious business, having fun along the way is equally important. Working with clients who bring a sense of enjoyment and enthusiasm to the table creates a positive and energizing environment. The ability to share a few laughs, celebrate achievements, and foster a lighthearted atmosphere can enhance creativity and collaboration, making the work more rewarding for everyone involved.
4) Bring A Challenge
A client who brings challenges and pushes me out of my comfort zone is invaluable. Challenges present opportunities for growth, learning, and personal development. By tackling complex problems together, we can explore new perspectives, develop innovative solutions, and surpass our own limitations. A client who challenges me encourages continuous improvement and helps me refine my skills.
5) Embace Commitment & Accountability
Commitment and accountability are crucial for achieving success. I seek clients who understand the power of dedication and are willing to invest time, resources, and effort into their goals. A client who values commitment and holds themselves accountable sets the stage for a productive and focused partnership. It fosters trust and ensures that both parties are actively engaged in achieving the desired outcomes.
6) Be Coachable
The willingness to learn and grow is a trait I highly value in my clients. A client who is open to feedback, suggestions, and new ideas demonstrates coachability. This trait allows for a dynamic and collaborative relationship, where both parties can share knowledge and insights. It enables us to collectively navigate challenges, refine strategies, and adapt to changing circumstances. A coachable client understands that growth requires continuous learning and welcomes opportunities for self-improvement. If I get on a call and all I hear is "I know", "I know", "I know", it's an instant disqualification. You're not coachable.
